Establishment of Anti Ragging Committee
According to All India Council Technical Education (AICTE) notified regulation for prevention and prohibition of ragging in AICTE approved technical institutions vide No. 37-3/Legal/AICTE/2009 dated 01/07/2009, We have established the Anti-Ragging committee and Anti-Ragging Squad at HAM-AK College of Management & Technology.
In order to ensure and facilitate peaceful and disciplined stay of the newly admitted First Year students (2025-26) the following Anti-Ragging Committee is Constituted. The Chairman and Members of the committee through their strict vigilance will ensure harassment free & homely stay of the Fresher students upon their arrival in the campus.
ANTI RAGGING MEASURES
1) An anti-ragging committee is constituted.
2) The details of anti-ragging committee are displayed in all the notice boards and circulated among all the students.
3) The warning against ragging is given to the students by displaying posters in the campus.
4) An awareness program was conducted for the senior students by local police and Psychologist.
5) Local police official members are displayed in the college premises.
6) The information is given to the local police station about the date of commencement of class work.
7) Undertaking from senior students that they will not involve in the act of ragging of any form is obtained.
8) The CCTV cameras are installed in the Common areas.
9) Fresher’s Day is completed within fifteen days of the commencement of the academic year.
10) Complaint boxes are kept at common areas.
